Prior to his work at Independent Film Financing and Consultancy Ltd, Shail was working with VTR Media Investments Ltd (part of Prime Focus Group) & Prime Focus and had been actively involved in the growth of their London and the Los Angeles offices as a Global Business Development Manager / Film Financial Consultant.
Prior to working in the Media Industry, he was a prominent member of the BPO industry, working at Secure Safe Ltd, where he brought telecommunication, energy and banking back office work from US and UK blue chip companies to Indian BPO organisations.
He holds a Masters in Computer Science (IT) from the University of East London and is Bachelor of Commerce graduate from University of Mumbai
